Notice of Corporate Structure Change

ORS 65 allows organizations to have "voting members" which are individuals or entities that are not on the Board but have certain legal rights in the organization. When Bilal Mosque Association was incorporated, it was incorrectly listed as an organization with voting members. Our attorney is helping us to correct this. We are not aware of any voting members ever being appointed. However, any voting member with proof of that appointment is welcome to contact us at [email protected] with any objections to this change. The deadline to respond is: July 18th,2025
